Service Levels: We provide different service levels based on your subscription plan. Features and limitations are clearly outlined in your chosen plan.
As a user of our services, you are responsible for:
Important: You are solely responsible for your use of the service and any consequences arising from your business operations.
You may not use our services for:
Enforcement: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibited use policies.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software solely for your business operations in accordance with these terms.

We strive to provide reliable service availability, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOI POS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Upon termination, your access will cease immediately. Data retention period is 30 days for account recovery, after which data is permanently deleted.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
